Meanwhile, Paramount is also moving forward with another live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film — a big-screen adaptation of the IDW comic book series, The Last Ronin. Former DC Films head Walter Hamada is producing the reboot through his 18hz production company, while Tyler Burton Smith (2019’s Child’s Play reboot) is writing the screenplay.
Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Season 2 will premiere on Paramount+ this December. The untitled Mutant Mayhem movie sequel arrives in theaters September, 2027.
